This project involved the design and supply of a Continuous cum Batch Distillation
System featuring a 600 mm ID distillation column. The system was engineered to provide
flexibility for both continuous and batch operation modes, ensuring optimized process
performance and energy efficiency.
Our engineering scope included:
Process Simulation & Design using advanced software tools.
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation
Diagram (P&ID).
Thermal and Mechanical Design of all associated heat exchangers and process
equipment.
Supply of a Distillation Column with Structured Packing and Internals, ensuring
high separation efficiency and low pressure drop.
Supply of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and other auxiliary equipment required
for complete system functionality.
