This project involved the complete design and engineering of a 50 KLD Methanol Recovery Column System for solvent recovery operations. The scope included process simulation, PFD & P&ID development, equipment design, and detailed engineering documentation.
The system was designed to efficiently recover methanol from process mixtures through distillation using structured packing technology to enhance separation efficiency and
reduce pressure drop.
