Project Description:
This project involved complete process design and engineering of a stripper column system
to efficiently separate solvent and water mixtures. The scope included simulation, design,
and supply of a distillation column equipped with structured packing, sieve trays, and
internal distribution systems to achieve optimal mass transfer efficiency.
The system was engineered to handle continuous operation with high thermal stability,
ensuring low pressure drop and enhanced stripping efficiency. The column design was
optimized using advanced process simulation tools to achieve target product specifications
and minimize energy consumption.
