10 KL Batch Distillation System for Solvent Separation
This project involved the design, engineering, supply, and commissioning of a 10 KL batch
distillation system for the separation of Toluene, Butyl Cellosolve, and Butyl Glycol
Acetate. Our team provided a complete turnkey solution, including:
Process Design & Simulation: Detailed process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping &
instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) were developed to ensure optimized performance.
Equipment Design & Supply: Custom-designed distillation column with structured
packing and internals, heat exchangers, and other critical equipment.
Instrumentation & Control: Manual and system instrumentation supplied for
reliable monitoring and control.
Commissioning & Support: Full installation support, system commissioning, and
performance validation to ensure seamless operation.
